Therefore, we have developed a clear, transparent and flexible refund and exchange policy so that you can feel secure when you need to change or cancel your ticket.

Refund Policy (Cancellation)

Queen Bus accept customers to cancel tickets in case they cannot join the trip as planned. The ticket cancellation process will be carried out based on the following conditions:

You can request a refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before departure. If you request a refund closer to departure, the refund fee will increase.

  • You will be refunded 90% of the ticket price if you cancel your ticket 24 hours before departure time.
  • You will be refunded 50% of the ticket price if you cancel your ticket within 24 hours before departure time.
  • After departure time or without prior notice before departure, you will not be refunded.

Important note

The refund fee is calculated on the original ticket price and does not apply to any promotions or discounts that have been used. Tickets that have been used or trips that have already started will not be refunded. In the event that the trip is canceled due to reasons from the bus company (technical problems, adverse weather conditions, etc.), the customer will be refunded 100% of the ticket value.

Ticket Exchange Policy

Queen Bus’s ticket exchange policy makes it easy for you to change your travel schedule when your plans change. You can change the date, time or route of your trip.

You can request to change your ticket at least 24 hours before departure. This may include changing the date, time or route (within the same fare class).

  • Ticket change fee is 10% of ticket value if changed 24 hours before departure time.
  • Ticket change fee is 30% of ticket price if ticket change request is made within 24 hours before departure time.
  • After departure time, ticket changes will not be allowed and money will not be refunded.

Note when changing tickets: You can only change your ticket once for each ticket purchased. Changing the date or route may change the fare, and you will be charged the difference if any.
