Queen Bus<\/b><\/a><\/span> accept customers to cancel tickets in case they cannot join the trip as planned. The ticket cancellation process will be carried out based on the following conditions:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You can request a refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before departure. If you request a refund closer to departure, the refund fee will increase.<\/span><\/p>\n
